CASHIER – BEASTRO: FRESH CANINE CUISINE

The primary job duties of Beastro Team Member:

• Greeting every customer with a smile

• Accurately building customer orders based on their specifications

• Managing transactions with customers using cash register

• Collecting cash and credit/debit card transactions

• Cross-selling products and introducing new ones

• Redeeming coupons or specials

• Resolving customer complaints, guiding them and providing relevant information

• Maintaining a clean and tidy work space (restocking items, wiping counters, discharging trash, light sweeping)

• Answering the phone to take an order or field questions

• Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE: Work experience with money handling as a cashier or in a similar role in sales highly preferred but willing to train the right person

• Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks

• Physically able to stand and move during the length of shift

• Basic PC knowledge or familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register a PLUS

• Great math skills

• Strong communicator

• Customer satisfaction-oriented

• Reliable transportation (we are located right on the bus line!)
